We're offering 1 to 1 training with our technical team where you can spend up to 2 hours discussing any topics you would like to learn more about.
The training sessions will cover the following:
- Initial Setup (including
PNP cameras plus static assignments)
- Accounts
- Encode - Covering record
parameters bit rates etc – calculations for HDD
- HIK connect app
- Basic and IVS events with push notifications
- Footage retrieval
If you would like some bespoke training on topics not mentioned above, that's fine just let us know & we'll help as best we can. If you have multiple engineers we can also cater for group sessions without any problems.
