The VLS-1P-B LONGSPAN (Base) is a base adaptor designed for long-range Ethernet and PoE up to 820m. LONGSPAN delivers the power and bandwidth your IP camera needs over exceptional distances, far beyond normal Ethernet limits. It provides automatic configuration and diagnostics for problem-free installation in even the hardest-to-reach places, such as perimeters, gates, and fence lines. LONGSPAN Base and Camera devices work as a pair to deliver full bandwidth Ethernet and PoE Plus over greatly extended distances of regular network cable. The Base unit can be powered by PoE or, for maximum PoE output, by an optional external PSU.
