Description
The C-TEC-BF455C-CC-W ActiV Conventional ‘O Class’ Base VAD with Voice Sounder offers superb sound intelligibility. It allows you to choose from two evacuation voice messages and four evacuation alarm tones, with the selected evacuation message preceded by the chosen tone. The device provides ‘O-R-3-2.5-17’ light distribution using the same lenses and electronics as the EN54-3 & 23 certified base sounder VAD. It features three selectable VAD flash rates (0.5Hz, 1Hz, OFF) and has an alarm current of 17mA (0.5Hz) or 24mA (1Hz) at 30Vdc, and 18.5mA (0.5Hz) or 30mA (1Hz) at 18Vdc. Optional BF330CTLIDW white or BF330CTLIDR red caps are available for stand-alone use. The device is supplied with a BF431QCP quick connect plate and detector spur wires and is IP21C rated.
