The HM-TD1018-1-QR is a Thermal Presence Detector with a 160 × 120 resolution, 12 μm VOx UFPA sensor, and NETD < 50 mK (25°C, F1.1). It features built-in radar for fall detection and supports various monitoring functions such as out of room detection, out of bed detection, exit without return, and people overstay detection. The device includes an audio exception alarm to alert when the elderly or patients scream and is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker.
