three years warranty

All of our goods are supplied with a three year warranty from the date of purchase (Exceptions apply). This means that if at any point during this period, we will repair or replace it with a brand new or equivelant product. Please note that you must contact customer services first to obtain a return number.

 

Twelve month advance replacement If a product goes faulty within 12 months of your invoice date (24 months for Symphony DVRs), we will ship out a replacement for it, at zero value, before we arrange to collect the original item. Please note that you must contact customer services first to obtain a return number. Exceptions apply, see complete returns policy below.
Thirty day money back  gurantee If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason, you may return it to us ( in it’s original condition ) within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
