If a product fails within twelve months of purchase we will dispatch a brand new replacement the same day you notify us of the fault. Once you have then replaced the faulty product, we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected free of charge. You then keep the new product and we keep the faulty product, it’s that simple!

With some small exceptions all COP products carry a full 3 year warranty. If a product fails during this time, we will either replace or repair it free of charge, and we will also pay the carriage charges.
